Why KDLCoaching exists
I’ve spent 25+ years in leadership, management and business, including running a seven-figure arm of a global company. One thing stands out: the quality of leadership shapes the experience, fulfilment and success of everyone in a workplace, including the leaders themselves.
I’ve seen good leaders worn down by stress and overwhelm, and good people leave because of unsettled workplace cultures. Most people have great intentions and are doing their best. What’s often missing is the right coaching and training: personal and professional development, together. For leaders, one without the other isn’t enough.
KDLCoaching was born from that belief. Every program is tailored to the person in front of me, because no two people are the same.
