Everything on this website, including articles, the strengths quiz, program descriptions and resources, is general information to support your thinking. It isn’t personal advice. Coaching is not counselling, psychology, medical, financial or legal advice. Hypnotherapy audio included in our programs is for relaxation and personal development, and it isn’t a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you need that kind of support, please see a qualified professional.

The strengths quiz

The quiz is a light, self-reflection tool. It isn’t a psychometric assessment and isn’t Extended DISC. Your result is a starting point for a conversation, not a label.

Results and testimonials

Testimonials on this site are from real clients and describe their own experience. Everyone’s situation is different, so we can’t promise you’ll get the same results. What you get out of coaching depends on many things, including the work you put in.

Programs and bookings

Descriptions, dates and prices on this site may change. When you join a program or book paid coaching, your client agreement sets out the terms that apply, including payment, cancellations and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our content

The content on this website, including text, images, the KDLCoaching name and logo and program materials, belongs to KDLCoaching or is used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages and to quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy, republish or sell our content without written permission. Extended DISC and other named tools belong to their owners.
